ducational Employment and Socialization Program
Program Duration: Ten weeks
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00am-12:00pm
 
After extensive research in the areas of career development, job readiness, socialization and money management, Olmsted Center has developed a 10-week program designed for disabled clients that are interested in finding gainful employment. This program focuses on the client who requires special attention in the following skill development areas: employability skills, socialization skills, money management and various topics on disabilities in the workplace. Lessons include pre- and post-tests on comprehension of each lesson, a teacher’s guide and certificate of completion.
