Many of these individuals may not realize that they qualify for free services that can help make their lives easier, safer and more independent. Senior Vision Services is a unique program of Olmsted Center for Erie County residents, age 60 or over. We work one-on-one with clients to help them overcome the fears and challenges that a visual impairment can present. Our specially trained nurses will travel to a client's home to address his or her particular needs.
Our experienced staff is ready to help.
We also provide related assistance to community organizations that serve the elderly or to a client's family members. It's all part of ensuring that age-related vision loss doesn't become a barrier to a full and comfortable life. Senior Vision Services is partially funded by the Erie County Department of Senior Services and the New York State Office for the Aging. |
