About Statler

The National Statler Center for Careers in Hospitality Service (a program of Olmsted Center for the Visually Impaired) is a new concept in hospitality employment training. One of the first projects of its kind, Statler Center provides physically disabled, blind or visually impaired individuals with the right tools for successful careers in this rapidly growing industry.

Statler Center’s curriculum was developed in partnership with Johnson & Wales University, the world’s premier hospitality educational institutions.

Graduates of our program are computer literate and job-ready, equipped with a thorough knowledge of industry standards in hotel operations, front office procedures, sales and marketing, and customer service. Students also participate in meaningful work experience in their field of choice. Statler Center’s job-readiness training and follow-up advisement help students become and remain productive, valued employees.

Hotel operations. Travel and tourism. Communications.

How may we be of service to you?
