Externship Affiliates

Student externships are an important component of Statler Center. During this three week segment of the program, students have an opportunity to take the instruction that they received in the classroom and apply it in a practical setting within the hospitality industry. Buffalo/Niagara area hospitality and tourism related businesses host our students, providing valuable insight into the industry.
